So far my experience has been good based on 2 sessions I have attended. My package includes 6 facial (hydration) + 3 pico laser sessions. I paid around RM3.6k. I have seen improvements after 2 sessions of facial + pico laser. I was attended by Melody and Dr. Ting. Melody is a very friendly person and explains each treatment thoroughly. Smart + sweet sales lady. You can ask her almost anything and she will do her best to explain to you. Dr. Ting conducts the pico laser treatment. I don’t see much of her though, but during the pico laser sessions, if you have questions she will take her time to answer them. Oh yeah just to add on, Melody and Dr. Ting have 2 separate roles. Melody (more of a sales consultant) conducts explanations on the type of treatments you are looking for and then she will revert them to Dr. Ting. Dr. Ting will then attend to you by explaining the best sort of treatment for your current condition, and you decide whether you want to move on with it. P.S. -Dr.Ting is cute yooo 😁. Looking good costs money, so don’t expect packages to be cheap.

The clinic never ask for review which is a plus point, so here I am willingly write a review for them.

The ambience feels like 5 star hotel, from the moment I enter. I was assisted by Vanice, she patiently explain the details to me. After that, Dr Mae (what a stunning doctor!) came to explain more and recommend treatment for me. I ended up buying 2 pico laser 1 subcission and 1 Juvelook.

Overall experience was nice with minimal discomfort during the treatment, which is normal.
