Lasers use highly focused laser beams that penetrate the skin at various depths. Different pigments absorb this energy at varying amounts with respect to its chromophore and wavelength of the laser . When the laser beam is directed onto pigmented age spots, the energy is absorbed by the targeted pigmented lesion where the extreme heat from the laser decimates and breaks apart the pigment, allowing the body's natural waste system to eventually remove them. Depending on the size of the age spot and other factors, more than one treatment may be necessary to ensure the best possible results.

We don't advise our clients who have just done laser treatment to expose themself to the sun. However, it will be fine to continue your daily activity which may expose you to the sun. However, we urge that you have adequate sun protection such as putting on sunscreen, using an umbrella or wearing a hat.

It depends on the problems you are facing, some of our clients see results even after one session but multiple sessions may be required to see optimum results.
